Returns and Exchange Policy

Any refund or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery date. Once requests have been approved by Mushroom Mountain, please return the products within 30 days in unused and original condition. 

Returns or exchanges are only eligible if:

- Returned products are unused and unopened, and in original packaging. 
- Products are not accurate as described in the product description.
- Defect in products that are not described in the product description.

Returns or exchanges are not applicable for:

- Products on sale
- Custom made orders
- Intimate products

Return Shipping Costs
Customers will be responsible to pay the shipping costs for returned products. Until the products reach us, the products will be under the responsibility of the customers. Therefore to ensure the mailing process will be smooth, please choose a reliable mailing service, and preferably state your return address on the parcel, in case of undelivered mail for whatever circumstances. 


Refunds
Once the returned products have been received, it will takes up to 7 to 14 business days to process the refunds or exchanges. Refunds will be based on the receipt, except for shipping costs, which is non-refundable. We will notify you once the refunds have been made, or exchanges have been mailed out.
