What is your return policy?

Mushroom Mountain offers return/exchange policy if there is an issue with the products received. Refund or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery date. We will contact you as soon as we can. Please head to our ‘Return and Exchange policy’ for more information.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We do ship our products worldwide via Singpost.

How much is the shipping fees?

Shipping fees vary depending on the package size and/or shipping destination. After entering your details at the checkout page, you will be able to check the shipping fees.

How long will the shipping be?

All orders will be processed and shipped out within 2 to 7 working days (Monday to Friday only).

Local orders (Singapore)
Once an order is made, we will take about 2 to 3 working days to pack your order. Parcels will be mailed via local courier service. Delivery time will take about 3 to 5 working days.

International orders
Parcels will be mailed via SingPost Registered Package. All shipped parcels will be provided with a tracking number. As shipping fees vary by region/country, shipping costs will be calculated upon checking out of items. For international orders, it will take from 7 to 30* working days to arrive at your destination, depending on the state of customs clearance and transportation in your country. We are not responsible for any customs fees or tax incurred on international shipments as this will be the responsibility of the customers.

*Please note that due to the COVID-19 situation, there may be significant delays for international shipments.

After orders are being shipped, we are not responsible for any missing or damaged products incurred during the shipping process. Mushroom Mountain do their best to package each order so that they will refrain from any possible damages. Mushroom Mountain also strongly encouraged to opt for registered mail so that the parcels are trackable.

What is the acceptable mode of payments?

Prices on our website are in Singapore dollar (SGD). We are currently only accepting all major credit or debit card payments.

What is the cancellation policy?

Please contact us at shanlyn.chew@gmail.com within 24 hours from purchase if there is a need to cancel your order. Any requests after 24 hours are not acceptable and will proceed with the shipping.

Do you do wholesale?

Mushroom Mountain is a small business and currently, we don’t stock up huge quantity for our products. Please contact us if you are keen to do wholesale and we can discuss what can be done. Thank you for your kind understanding.
